Maulana Hasrat Mohani was born on the 13th of May. Rumaisa says that minsters and government officials used to come and visit on the special day. During this, she met a lot of people from different kinds of profession, mostly poets and artists and learned from them.Rumaisa, from her childhood was a brave girl and a positive thinker. Once when she was 8 years old, she had the confidence to go up on the stage on 13th May, all by herself, and recite a Naat written by Maulana Hasrat Mohani.

Rumaisa spends her time writing poetry. She wrote a Naat at the age of 8 and when she was fifteen, she wrote a Ghazals. Her message to the Pakistani youth is never to think negative. She also says the conditions of Pakistan were worse before, but now things are getting better.
